Sami Sheen Reveals Every Tattoo She Plans to Remove in Honest TikTok Tour
Sami Sheen reveals every tattoo she regrets in a TikTok “tattoo tour,” saying she plans to remove them all.
Sami Sheen is starting fresh — one tattoo at a time. The 21-year-old daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards took to TikTok this week to share a candid “tattoo tour,” revealing every piece of ink she plans to remove.
Wearing a casual olive-green T-shirt in her living room, Sami told fans, “I’m removing every single tattoo on my body,” explaining that she’s long been insecure about her ink. “I got all of them before any part of my brain was developed. I started getting tattoos when I was 16 years old.”
She began her rundown with her first-ever tattoo: a butterfly knocking down dominoes on her left arm — a Pinterest find she now regrets. On her right arm, she showed a small bear holding a flower, then a cherub smoking a joint and holding a wine glass — which she called her “least favorite” tattoo and admits she hides under baggy shirts.
Next came a small cow head with a heart on its forehead (“I love animals so much”), a quote reading “We accept the love we think we deserve,” a simple rose, an 11:11, and a ladybug — all early works done by a cousin learning to tattoo. “I was a stupid teenager that wanted tattoos, didn’t care,” she joked.
After turning 18, Sami got fairy wings between her shoulder blades — a piece she described as excruciatingly painful and one she might keep “only because removing it would hurt even more.” She also has two delicate fairies on her arms, a small bow, a horseshoe from a past friendship, and a cowboy boot.
“I am so excited to see all of these tattoos leave my body, but it’s going to take probably two years,” she said, admitting she’s dreading the long removal process.
The OnlyFans model has been open about her personal journey in recent months, including her ongoing battle with OCD and mental health struggles. Read her story about living with OCD here.
Sami’s honest approach has resonated with fans who praised her for being transparent about self-image, regret, and growth — proving that sometimes, the ultimate glow-up is letting go.
