Jordyn Woods Marries Karl-Anthony Towns in Danielle Frankel Bridal Looks

Jordyn Woods has officially entered her bride era—and she did it with a wardrobe worthy of a fashion editorial. The model, entrepreneur and fashion personality married NBA star Karl-Anthony Towns at a private oceanside estate in Malibu on August 15, following a private civil ceremony earlier in the week. The black-tie celebration brought together a starry guest list, including Kylie Jenner, Hailey and Justin Bieber, Michael B. Jordan and several of Towns’ New York Knicks teammates.

For the wedding festivities, Woods turned to Danielle Frankel, wearing three custom looks that each had a completely different personality.

Before the main celebration, Woods quietly made things official at the Santa Barbara courthouse on August 11. For the intimate civil ceremony, she went for a polished Bianca Jagger-inspired look, wearing a white silk crepe tailored jacket with moulded shoulders and duchess satin detailing, paired with a matching pencil skirt. A sculptural Gigi Burris hat and patent leather wingtip pumps completed the retro-inspired outfit, giving the courthouse moment a seriously chic 1970s feel.

Her main wedding gown was far more romantic. The strapless silk-wool ball gown featured a softly draped bodice, dramatic full skirt and an attached neck wrap. Hand-cut Chantilly and lace appliqués were worked into the swagged draping, while a cathedral-length veil added the final bridal touch. The gown was crafted at Frankel’s New York atelier, with layered ivory tones giving the dress subtle dimension.

For the reception, Woods slipped into another custom Frankel creation: a strapless Chantilly and elderflower lace gown with an asymmetric pick-up drape at the hip and a dramatic slit. A built-in bustier and lace-up corset created the sculpted effect she wanted, while a lace bolero added the option of sleeves.

Towns kept things classic in custom Ralph Lauren Purple Label, wearing a double-breasted Italian wool dinner jacket with peak satin lapels, a white Sea Island cotton tuxedo shirt, black barathea trousers and a black silk bow tie.

The wedding capped an incredible summer for the couple. Towns had just helped the Knicks win their first NBA championship in 53 years, while Woods stepped into the spotlight as his biggest supporter—and now, officially, his wife.
