Chiara Ferragni Wore Sheer Black Fendi Lace Gown to Vogue World Milan 2026

Chiara Ferragni kept her signature Milanese glamour going at Vogue World Milano, the star-studded event that opens Milan Fashion Week. The Italian entrepreneur and influencer, who built her Chiara Ferragni brand and her online following into a fashion empire, walked through the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II on September 22 in a slip dress from Fendi's Fall 2026 collection, the first under new creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri.

The dress had a fitted lace bodice with a sweetheart neckline and thin spaghetti straps, done in a black-and-nude floral lace pattern that showed plenty of skin underneath. Below the waist, the lace gave way to a long, sheer black tulle skirt with a soft, pleated movement, floor-length and see-through enough to catch the light as she walked. It's part of Chiuri's Fendi debut collection, which leaned heavily on sheer lace, fur trims and a mostly black-and-navy palette.

Ferragni finished the look with pointed black heels and a Cartier Panthère de Cartier bracelet, an articulated, fully paved cuff from the maison's signature line. She also wore a polka-dot watch on the opposite wrist. Her blonde hair was styled in a loose, wavy half-up look with soft face-framing pieces, and her makeup leaned into a smoky blue eye with a glossy nude lip.

Vogue World Milano is now in its fifth edition, mixing runway moments with a red carpet full of Italian fashion names. Ferragni was photographed alongside a crowd that included Jennifer Lopez in Dolce & Gabbana, Donatella Versace, Pierpaolo Piccioli and members of the Missoni family, all gathered for the event that traditionally kicks off Milan's fashion week.
