Jennifer Lopez Wows in Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda Gown at Vogue World: Milano

Jennifer Lopez made her mark at Vogue World: Milano, bringing serious old Hollywood energy to the runway event. The multihyphenate, known just as much for her decades-long music and film career as she is for her fashion moments, has long had a close relationship with Italian design houses, and this look was no exception.

Lopez wore a strapless, off-the-shoulder black ball gown from the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda 2026 collection. The dress featured a fitted, sheer-paneled bodice covered in black floral appliqué and sequin detailing, leading into a full, tea-length skirt layered in tulle and more of that same black lace florals. She paired it with sheer black opera gloves that stretched past the elbow, adding a dramatic, vintage touch to the whole silhouette. On her feet, she wore simple pointed black pumps that kept the focus on the dress.

The real showstopper, though, was her jewelry. Lopez wore a white gold necklace from Dolce & Gabbana's Alta Gioielleria collection, centered around a massive 74.459-carat Paraiba tourmaline that hung as the pendant, surrounded by a web of diamonds. She kept the rest of her jewelry minimal, letting the necklace do all the talking, save for a pair of diamond drop earrings.

For hair and makeup, Lopez went with soft, loose waves parted down the middle, paired with a glowing, bronzed complexion and a bold pink lip that added a pop of color against the all-black gown.

The appearance came as part of Vogue World's fifth edition, staged inside Milan's historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, with this year's show built around the theme "Where The Future Is Made By The Hand." Lopez joined a starry lineup that included Gigi Hadid, who opened the show in a hand-crafted Valentino patchwork gown, and Cardi B, who closed her segment in an archival Versace piece printed with vintage Vogue covers.
