Nina Dobrev proved once again that you don't need a lot of color to make a statement. The "Vampire Diaries" alum, who's since built out a strong career in film with projects like "xXx: Return of Xander Cage" and "Fam," showed up to the 2026 US Open men's singles final on September 13 in a look that was all about clean lines and quiet confidence.

Nina wore a structured, off-white top with a folded funnel neckline and dropped cap sleeves, a piece with just enough architectural detail to keep a simple silhouette interesting. She tucked it into a voluminous black mini skirt, gathered at the waist with tiers of ruffled fabric that gave the bottom half of the outfit real movement, a nice contrast against the top's more rigid shape.

She kept her accessories minimal and let the outfit's shapes do the talking. A dark brown structured top-handle bag added a small tonal contrast, and she finished the look with pointed black slingback heels. Her jet black hair was worn down in soft, center-parted waves, and she went with a warm, glowy makeup look, soft brown eyeshadow, defined brows, and a nude-pink lip.
