Florence Pugh Wears Wiederhoeft SS27 to the “In The Shadows” Premiere With Finn Cole

Florence Pugh and Finn Cole have officially stepped onto a red carpet as a couple. The pair posed together on October 9 at the In The Shadows screening at the 70th BFI London Film Festival, held at Vue West End in London, and it was Finn’s night as much as hers. He’s one of the stars of the film.

Florence, the Little Women, Midsommar and Oppenheimer actress, picked a lavender-and-silver look from Jackson Wiederhoeft’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection, which was shown in New York in September. The top was a pale lavender silk-satin corset with a plunging neckline, covered in crystal and floral bead embroidery. It was held up by one thin crystal strap at the shoulder, with a halter-style strap behind her neck. Below it she wore a long, fitted metallic silver skirt that hugged her all the way down.

She added a silver oval pendant necklace set with diamonds and sparkly matching stud earrings. Silver open-toe platform heels finished the outfit, along with a lavender pedicure. Her hair was half up, with twisted sections gathered in a small topknot and the rest left loose and wavy. Her makeup was soft and nude, with pink-nude lips and a cool pink blush. For nails she went edgier, with glossy black coffin tips and silver rhinestones. Her stylist was Rebecca Corbin-Murray.

Finn, best known for Peaky Blinders, kept it simple in a classic brown suit, white-and-blue striped shirt and black tie. Photographers also caught them holding hands as they left their hotel.

In The Shadows is inspired by the true story of Ramla Ali, Britain’s first female Muslim boxing champion. Jasmine Jobson plays Ramla, and Finn plays her husband Richard.
