Fruity Booty’s AW26 Drop 2 Is a Love Letter to Ballet and Dancewear
Fruity Booty’s AW26 drop two goes ballet, with lime lace sets, polka dots and sheer tights shot in a London dance studio by Daniella Maiorano.
Fruity Booty has headed to the barre. The London label has just unveiled the second drop of its Fall/Winter 2026 collection, and this time lingerie borrows from ballet and the practical, no-nonsense world of dancewear.
The campaign was shot in a London ballet studio by Daniella Maiorano and styled by Jazz Mignone, and it feels like a rehearsal room caught between takes. Models stretch out on the mirrored floor in oversized pale pink hoodies, sit on folding chairs, lean on the barre and fold into backbends. Nothing looks stiff or over-posed, which is the point. Like a dancer’s uniform, the pieces are meant to fit, move and breathe, and to celebrate the body rather than just cover it.
The images show off the details. Bright lime lace bras and briefs pop against the studio’s grey floors, a pink and red polka-dot bra brings in a vintage micro print, and navy bralettes and a scoop-neck bodysuit give off a classic leotard feel. There are sheer ivory sets, ballet tights layered under knit cardigans and a lavender wrap to finish things off, plus white heels, ballet flats and a pair of red socks for the dancer’s touch. If you missed the earlier release, you can catch up on Fruity Booty’s AW26 Drop 1, which went in an earthy lace-and-mesh direction.
That dancewear inspiration runs through the color palette and the finer details, mixing practicality with personality and keeping comfort front and center. It also fits the label’s wider belief that underwear should be as expressive as the clothes we wear over the top. What’s underneath can be just as much a part of your personal style as the rest of your outfit.
Fruity Booty was founded by Hattie Tennant in 2017 and is a female-led label known for experimental underwear, swimwear and clothing. It works mainly with deadstock and responsibly sourced fabrics, makes its designs in small batches and is B Corp certified.
