Hailey Bieber turned up to the 2026 Academy Museum Gala in a very pink Chanel gown, and it’s a nice break from all the black we’ve seen on her lately. The sixth annual gala took place Saturday night, October 17, at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles.
The dress was custom, made for her by Matthieu Blazy, Chanel’s creative director. It’s a bubblegum pink column that follows her shape from chest to floor, in a thick matte fabric with no extra fuss in the skirt. A subtle slit at the back gives her room to walk.
All the detail sits up top. The halter neckline and straps are trimmed with beading, a busy mix of tiny florals, sparkly bits and fine chain-like drops that hang down over the bodice. Up close it looks a bit like a little garden growing along the edge. Against such a clean, plain pink dress, it really stands out.
She kept her jewelry simple and let the gown do the talking. A few rings on her fingers were all she added.
Her hair was long and dark brown, parted in the middle and styled in soft, bouncy waves with the ends flicked out slightly. Makeup stayed in the same sweet lane, with rosy flushed cheeks and a glossy nude-pink lip. Jet-black nails gave the whole thing a little edge.
If you haven’t followed her, Hailey Bieber is a model and the founder of the beauty brand Rhode. She’s also the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin and is married to singer Justin Bieber. She’s been a regular on red carpets for years, and this is one of her softer looks of the season, after her gold Saint Laurent gown at the 2026 Met Gala.
She wasn’t the only guest who went for a light color that night. Kate Hudson wore a champagne Armani PrivĂ© gown to the same event.
