Demi Moore Wears Custom Denim GapStudio Gown at 2026 CFDA Awards
Demi Moore presented at the 2026 CFDA Fashion Awards in a custom GapStudio denim gown by Zac Posen, styled by Brad Goreski, in New York.
Demi Moore showed up to the 2026 CFDA Fashion Awards in what is basically a pair of jeans turned into a ball gown. The event took place on Monday, November 2, at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City. The dress was a custom GapStudio design by Zac Posen, styled by Brad Goreski. Demi was there as a presenter, and Yahoo reports she handed the Innovation Award to Gap Inc.’s Richard Dickson and Zac Posen.
The top half is the fun part. Layers of indigo denim waistbands are stacked on one another to build a corset-style bodice. It has a folded sweetheart neckline, a halter strap, a row of metal buttons down the front and little belt loops along the waist. The skirt below stays true to jeans, with front pockets, a fly detail and a long slit up the center. The hem sweeps out into a small train.
She kept everything else pretty simple. Nude suede pointed pumps peeked out through the slit, and she carried a small denim top-handle bag in the same wash as the dress. The only jewelry was sparkly drop earrings and a big cocktail ring. Her long dark hair was parted in the middle and worn in loose waves over one shoulder. Her makeup was soft and glowy, with rosy cheeks and a pink lip. This isn’t her first Posen-for-Gap moment either. Demi Moore’s custom Gap gown at the 2025 Time100 Gala was also designed by Zac Posen.
Demi is the actress behind Ghost, A Few Good Men, G.I. Jane and The Substance. She’s also known for her red carpet style. If you want more from the night, see Elle Fanning’s custom Coach look at the CFDA Awards.
