Singing sensation Katy Perry continued with her streak of fun, feminine, and fabulous gowns as she attended the photocall of Smurfs 2 held in Cancun, Mexico. The darked hair beauty opted for a summer perfect blue lace number by Monique Lhuillier, and smartly paired it with silver heels from Giuseppe Zanotti. We love her vibe of accessories which included a black skinny belt that accented her waist, a floral head piece, dangling earrings, and blue and white cat eye shades.
