With the rise of the athleisure movement, more and more brands are bringing out workout clothing and active wear mixed with hints of casual ensembles, it was high time a makeup collection for workouts was to be launched.
MAC takes the initiative, and brings a new collection for the Spring 2017 season titled 'Work It Out', which will have you looking flawless at the gym, without your mascara streaking out.
Other than workouts, the collection seems to be highly inspired from the 80s, and brings bold and bright colours full of energy, and one can imagine themselves dancing underneath a discoball.
Not solely limited to just being a workout collection, Work It Out aims to be a collection that stays on for long, whether you are at the gym or on the dance floor.
MAC brings its iconic lipsticks in four universally flattering shades for the collection, from a nude beige to a red, soft brown and a mid-tone rose hue.
MAC has included 16 shades of mascaras in this collection that range from the usual browns and blacks to more vibrant blues, reds, greens, oranges, yellows, limes and even a crisp white.
The Studio Quicktrick Stick is available in three shades that can be used to highlight, contour or just add a hint of colour to the skin.
MAC's moisturizing spray, the Prep & Prime Fix + is included in this collection in three pleasant scents for the spring, coconut, rose and lavender, and are offered in a go to travel size.
MAC also includes the Crystal Gaze gloss in six shades along with the Chromagraphic Pencil in six bright hues to make your eyes pop bright.
The MAC Work It Out collection will be available in stores and online from March 4th, 2017, and is a welcome addition of bright and bold shades to stand out in the spring.
