Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian was spotted out and about in New York City, baring it all in a sheer top. The 39 year old, eldest of the Kardashian sisters, dined at Greek restaurant Estiatorio Milos in Midtown Manhattan, clad in a stylish ensemble.

The mother of three wore a pair of wide-leg trousers paired with a sheer top along with a trench coat. Kourtney showcased her lace bra through the revealing top, and put her nipples on show. Wearing her dark hair into a sleek bun, Kourtney also added clear perspex heels to her look, showing off her dark pedicure. The star looked sophisticated and polished, and topped off her style with a glossy pout and a hint of red on the eyes.
