The mother of three wore a pair of wide-leg trousers paired with a sheer top along with a trench coat. Kourtney showcased her lace bra through the revealing top, and put her nipples on show. Wearing her dark hair into a sleek bun, Kourtney also added clear perspex heels to her look, showing off her dark pedicure.
