36 year old Ciara dazzled at the Baby2Baby 10th Anniversary Gala held in LA, and wore a semi-sheer gown. Featuring a mermaid silhouette with a sheer top half made to look like a button-down shirt, the brown dress showed off Ciara's slim frame. With her matching bra on show, the gown cascaded into a mermaid-style fit skirt with a statement ruffled detail.  Wearing a low ponytail with loose curls framing her face, Ciara was a vision, and completed her look with eye makeup consisting of brown and black hues.
