Imaan Hammam poses for Harper’s Bazaar US May 2022 Beauty Issue

Imaan Hammam is a sight to behold as she covers the May 2022 Beauty Issue of Harper’s Bazaar US. Stunning in pink for the cover, the model wears a Chanel tweed vest and shorts, styled with a Chanel High Jewelry necklace. Photographed by Renell Medrano, the Dutch model poses in a variety of looks for the fashion publication, styled by Marika-Ella Ame. Wearing designs from high-end designers such as Gucci, Alexander McQueen, and Saint Laurent, Imaan turns up the fashion charm in outfits that include sparkling fringe, ruffled skirts, and sheer looks. Hairstylist Tamas Tuzes has enhanced the model's natural curly locks, while Marcelo Gutierrez has given her a subtle makeup look.

I’m a human being at the end of the day, and though I felt beautiful on this shoot, there are moments when I feel like sh*t and I don’t feel good in my body. Being a model doesn’t mean that you’re always perfect. We go through stuff every day. You have family issues. That’s all just part of it.  I feel like sh*t most of the time! And that’s totally normal. It’s important to be in that moment and to feel it, I think, and not to be hard on yourself when you do feel like that. - Imaan Hammam

The Beauty Issue May 2022 by Harper's Bazaar will be available on newsstands starting on May 3rd. Imaan, for the interview, talks about her Middle Eastern background, being less than perfect as a model, and other topics.

“My family taught me that beauty comes from the inside. My mom preaches to me, ‘You’re beautiful. You’re blessed by God. But the most important thing is your heart and how you deal with people and how you care for other people.’ Honestly, if you have that, then your beauty just amplifies,” Imaan shares.
