8 Hot Celebrities Who Have Had a Mommy Makeover

Celebrities: they’re the people who always seem to look perfect, but who are also constantly fighting off plastic surgery rumors. Well, some of them are; others openly talk about the procedures they’ve gotten done. In fact, there are several female celebrities who’ve discussed their successful mommy makeovers after giving birth, and why not? After all, it’s a very popular procedure among women with children, and celebrities have more reason than most to want to look perfect. Even though vanity can be a factor, the truth is that A-listers are ruthlessly criticized if they don’t look just right; it’s no wonder that so many of them turn to plastic surgery to stay at the top of their game.

One little quirk about the mommy makeover procedure? It’s actually a flexible set of procedures, and the number of surgeries a woman gets will depend on her aesthetic goals. It usually includes a tummy tuck, liposuction, and a breast lift/augmentation, but it could also include a vaginal rejuvenation, a thigh lift, or a Brazilian butt lift. Essentially, a mommy makeover addresses whichever parts of the body have been significantly changed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Just like any other plastic surgery, the mommy makeover is accessible to anyone who can afford the procedures (and take enough time off to recover). However, you also have to meet certain physical requirements. For instance, while you don’t have to be in perfect shape before getting plastic surgery, there is a weight limit for mommy makeovers in order to reduce risk and ensure better results.

As you’ll see below, these celebrities obviously met the requirements for a mommy makeover – and like so many other women, are loving the results.

  1. Danya Devon

Extra actress Danya Devon has never concealed the fact that she got a tummy tuck to address post-pregnancy loose skin – something that her fans appreciate. She’s said that pregnancy brings a lot of physical changes, some of which are irreversible, and some of which aren’t. To her, it just made sense to fix some of the changes she didn’t like, and it also made sense to talk about it. After all, a lot of other women are getting the same procedures done, so why should she be shy about doing the same thing?

  1. NeNe Leakes

Here’s someone who’s been open about her plastic surgeries from the get-go. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star said in 2010 that she’d gotten a mommy makeover consisting of liposuction, a breast lift with implants, and a rhinoplasty after recovering from pregnancy. A couple of years later she confusingly denied ever getting surgery, but she subsequently resumed talking about it, even getting a second nose job.

  1. Patricia Heaton

Even though she’s 64 years old, a lot of 35-year-olds would be happy to have abs as toned as Patricia Heaton’s. The Everybody Loves Raymond actress had four kids via C-section, which left her with scarring as well as loose skin. She’s also mentioned that her breasts lost a lot of their former perkiness after breastfeeding, which is very common. After getting a tummy tuck and a breast lift, though, her body looks decades younger than it actually is.

  1. Kate Gosselin

If any woman deserved a mommy makeover, it was Kate Gosselin – she gave birth to sextuplets! With eight children total, she still looks like a 20-something-year-old thanks to a tummy tuck that she received while filming the Kate Plus 8 TLC reality show. Even at 40 years old, you can barely tell that she’s been pregnant, let alone with six babies at once!

  1. Blac Chyna

She’s no stranger to plastic surgery, or to talking about it. Blac Chyna has said that she’s gotten a breast augmentation four times, a butt augmentation, and liposuction. After she gave birth to her second child, though, she was ready for a change. In addition to liposuction, she also got a breast reduction and a butt reduction. She still has that “I’ve had work done” look, but it isn’t as extreme as it was before – and she’s definitely happier with the way she looks.

  1. Masika Kalysha

After the reality star gave birth to her daughter Khari, she realized that her breasts were just too much to handle. She ended up getting a breast reduction, and informed her followers on Instagram that she’d just had half of her breasts removed, because she was tired of fighting with gravity. She also mentioned that after giving birth and breastfeeding, her breast size was a 36G; after the surgery, she says that they’re back to the perfect size for her.

  1. Cardi B

The rapper has been open from the start about her various plastic surgeries, including a breast augmentation and even illegal butt injections. After she gave birth to her daughter, though, she ended up getting another breast augmentation after seeing the changes post-delivery. She also got liposuction done, which she announced during a show in Memphis. Instead of taking time off to recover, she pushed through scheduled performances until complications forced her to cancel some of her shows in order to recover fully.

  1. Mimi Faust

The star of Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta has said that after three years of breastfeeding her daughter Eva, her breasts had completely changed. In order to fix the sagging, she got a breast lift to restore their former shape. Apparently her daughter refused baby food for the longest time, which resulted in Mimi continuing to breastfeed until Eva was ready to stop. Finally, though, she said “enough is enough”, transitioned her daughter to other foods, and got the breast lift she’d been hoping to get.

Even celebrity mommies need some help to look good

There are some physical changes that can’t be reversed after pregnancy, but a lot of them are totally fixable through plastic surgery. If you’re curious about what a board-certified plastic surgeon could do for you, why not schedule a consultation? Maybe it’s time for you to start pursuing the aesthetic results of your dreams.
