Austrian born, now NYC based fashion house Helmut Lang ends the year with a new womenswear campaign that shows off its Resort 2022/23 Collection. The fashion house, known for its minimalistic, deconstructive and often severe designs, gives a Y2K nostalgia, that is quite in vogue these days, for the collection. Photographed by Hugo Comte, the campaign gives a glimpse at the collection's simple yet refined looks, along with classic pieces. Lots of layers and textures are seen throughout the collection, and a lot of emphasis is put on suits, which is highlighted as a power symbol among women. The rest of Helmut Lang's Resort 2022/23 Collection includes oversized blazers and tuxedo pants, and blazers are given a unique touch with layered and cut-out details. The designs are styled with vests, button-down skirts, shirts and ribbed dresses in midi and maxi lengths, and can be worn both in and out of the office. Rounding off the collection are dresses with asymmetrical button-down details, long-sleeved tees with cut-outs, faux leather tees and more.
