Speaking to Us Weekly ahead of the event, Sawai shared her approach to managing awards show anxiety: “When I think about it too much, I do get quite nervous. So, I’m not thinking about it at all. I’m just going to enjoy it—I don’t want to cry anymore.”

In an interview with WWD, Sawai reflected on her evolving style and collaboration with Welch. “When we first started working together, I don’t think I really understood what I looked good in,” she said. “Now, I feel confident in what suits me and comfortable experimenting.”
