Pete Davidson and girlfriend Elsie Hewitt made their red carpet debut as parents-to-be at The Pickup premiere in Los Angeles over the weekend.
Elsie, 29, proudly showed off her baby bump in a fitted black dress and heels, keeping it simple and elegant with soft waves in her hair. Pete, 31, opted for his signature casual style in a brown tracksuit and sneakers—but the PDA between the two was front and center.
Speaking to Extra, Davidson opened up about how he's feeling about fatherhood, calling it “the most exciting thing ever.”
“I don’t even really have the words,” he said. “I feel like I’m finally in a place where I’m ready for it. I’m glad it’s happening now, for sure.”
He added that co-star Eddie Murphy gave him some solid advice—by not giving advice. “He told me, ‘There is no advice, everyone raises their kid differently.’”
Earlier this month, Hewitt cheekily confirmed the news of their pregnancy on Instagram, writing, “welp now everyone knows we had sex.”
Davidson, who doesn’t use Instagram, later confirmed the news in an E! News interview, where he shared his excitement for the new chapter ahead.
