Miley Cyrus Goes Nude for Perfect Magazine Cover, Calls It a Powerful Statement

Miley Cyrus is making headlines once again — this time by stripping down for the cover of Perfect Magazine.

The singer posed completely nude for one of three steamy covers tied to her latest album, Something Beautiful. Standing tall and unapologetic, Cyrus embraced her body and the message behind it.

“Even if I’m wearing nothing, there still feels like a level of power to it,” she told the publication.

The other two covers show contrasting sides of her persona. One features Cyrus in a dramatic Marie Antoinette-style gown paired with classic white Converse sneakers. The third showcases her in a rare vintage corset from Vivienne Westwood and Malcolm McLaren’s Spring/Summer 1982 “Savage” collection.

The bold shoot accompanies her promo run for Something Beautiful, which dropped May 30. A musical film of the same name hit theaters in June, with Cyrus describing it as a fully immersive experience for fans.

“I want [fans] to walk into that theater and something to change,” she told Zane Lowe on Apple Music. “To go, ‘I’m here now, I’m invested and this is my focus.’”

Cyrus also launched a stripped-back concert series called Somewhere Beautiful, adding another layer to the project’s deeply personal theme.
