Ashley James Wore a Black Gown With a Sculptural Ivory Wrap at the NTAs 2026

Ashley James brought classic red-carpet glamour to the 2026 National Television Awards, arriving at London's O2 Arena in a striking black-and-ivory ensemble. The British TV personality, presenter and influencer is best known for her appearances on Made in Chelsea, Celebs Go Dating and This Morning, where she is part of the presenting team.

For the big television night, James chose a floor-length black strapless gown by Karen Millen, keeping the silhouette sleek and sophisticated. The fitted dress featured a gently curved neckline finished with a row of sparkling embellishment, adding just the right amount of shine to the otherwise minimalist gown.

The real statement, however, came from her dramatic ivory sculptural wrap. Rather than a traditional cape, the crinkled white fabric gathered around her arms and spilled onto the floor in oversized, voluminous folds. The contrasting black-and-white combination gave the look an almost couture-like quality and made the sweeping train particularly photogenic on the red carpet.

James kept her accessories elegant, wearing a diamond necklace and coordinating sparkling earrings, while her makeup focused on defined eyes, glowing skin and a soft neutral lip. Her auburn hair was pulled back into a sleek, low bun with a clean centre part, giving the dramatic neckline and statement earrings plenty of attention.

There was also a fun fashion moment later in the evening. James and fellow This Morning presenter Sian Welby reportedly found their dresses caught together while walking off stage after This Morning won the Daytime award.
