Florence Pugh Wears Rodarte With Wing-Shaped Shoulders at the Klara and the Sun Premiere
Florence Pugh wore a floral Rodarte Spring 2026 gown with sculptural wing sleeves to the Klara and the Sun premiere at the BFI London Film Festival.
Florence Pugh turned up unannounced, and she brought the most dramatic sleeves of the night. The Oscar-nominated actress, known for “Little Women,” “Midsommar” and “Black Widow,” walked the red carpet at the “Klara and the Sun” premiere on Thursday, October 15, 2026. It was part of the 70th BFI London Film Festival, held at the Royal Festival Hall.
She wore Rodarte Spring 2026. The gown is a pale mint-green base with a V-neckline and a fitted, semi-sheer bodice. Floral embroidery covers it all over, in coral pink, muted blue, silver and darker tones, and it’s finished with beading and sequins. The skirt falls long and loose to the floor.
The sleeves are what everyone will remember. They’re huge, sculptural and pointed, almost like wings, and they stand out from her shoulders. From the back, they look even bigger against her blonde hair. It’s a fairytale shape, but the embroidery keeps it feeling light.
Florence kept the rest of the look simple. Her hair was swept half-up, with loose lengths falling around her shoulders and a small braid at the back. Makeup was soft, with defined eyes and a pink-nude lip. Diamond earrings from Maria Tash gave a quiet sparkle. Rebecca Corbin-Murray styled the look.
She posed with stars Amy Adams and Jenna Ortega, who went for gold in a custom Torlowei slip dress at the same premiere. Taika Waititi, who directed the film, was there too, along with his wife Rita Ora and Natasha Lyonne. Want more of her recent carpets?
